A nurturing, play-based preschool and early childhood care facility in Teton Valley—where curiosity leads, creativity grows, and every child shines. We believe there is much more to preschool than ABCs and 123s and strive to create a hands on environment that fosters the development of creativity, problem solving skills, communication skills, a positive self image, and a natural love of learning.
Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to create a meaningful, loving, and safe environment for children to express themselves and learn through PLAY. With a play based and child led curriculum we will create experiences that foster: a natural love of learning, self-awareness, a positive self image, creativity, critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, empathy, communication skills, and much more. We strive to create an engaging experience that will best support later success in life.
More About Us
We believe that children do not belong sitting at a desk or behind a table- They simply are not made for it. That is why we have thoughtfully and intentionally designed our school to foster play based learning. In addition to our classroom areas, we have several amazing centers in our school.
- Our Centers:
- Gross Motor Area: Where children are free to run, jump, slide, and swing. Here children will naturally develop gross motor skills.
- Live Play Center: a place where children are able to let their imaginations take them wherever they want to go. Complete with a dress up station and all.
- Book Nook: A cozy library area where children can find any books that might interest and inspire them
- Building Center: A place where children can discover new building materials, discover new techniques, ask and answer their own questions, and BUILD
- Montessori Materials Area: A place perfect for independent play and fine motor development
- Sensory Area: A place to dive in, get messy, stimulate our senses, and strengthen the pathways in the brain!
Each center in our school promotes play based and child led learning. We thoughtfully designed it this way. All of these centers together creates an engaging environment, where the children enrolled will have ample opportunities to explore their own interests and feel safe to lead their own learning.
